Israeli forces are restricting Palestinian worshippers from entering the Al-Aqsa Mosque and blocking the call to prayer at the Ibrahimi Mosque.

Israeli attacks have killed at least four Palestinians, including a 13-year-old girl, and wounded several others in the Gaza Strip, as Israel continued its offensive against the enclave and expanded raids in the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Wafa news agency reported on Sunday that an Israeli drone struck the al-Salatin area, west of Beit Lahiya, in the northern Gaza Strip, killing at least two people and wounding another.
In southern Gaza, Israeli forces bombed a tent in Khan Younis, which was sheltering displaced Palestinians. Israeli warplanes fired a missile at the tent, wounding several people who were taken to hospital. Medical staff at Nasser Medical Center reported receiving the body of an unidentified man after the attack.
In another incident, 13-year-old Eileen al-Farra was killed by shrapnel from an Israeli tank shell, also in southern Gaza.
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) said it had assisted in the transfer of 14 Palestinians detained by Israel from the Kerem Abu Salem border crossing to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in central Gaza, and had helped them contact and reunite with their families. The ICRC said it had facilitated the transfer of more than 2,500 released detainees through this mechanism since 2023. However, the organization indicated that Israel had not allowed it to visit Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli detention centers since October 2023.
The ICRC says the authorities must reveal the fate and whereabouts of all detainees, allow visits and ensure they maintain contact with their families.
Al Jazeera's Tareq Abu Azzoum, reporting from Gaza City, said: "Israel intensified its airstrikes on Saturday, primarily targeting makeshift tents, particularly in Gaza City and the al-Mawasi area, which was designated as a safe zone according to the map and negotiations of last year's ceasefire agreement."„
„These attacks were accompanied by an expansion of Israeli ground activities in eastern Gaza City, where Israeli forces are expanding the area along the Yellow Demarcation Line.”
The Gaza Health Ministry said that Israel's genocide in the enclave has claimed at least 73,054 Palestinian lives and injured 173,480 people since October 7, 2023. The ministry added that in the past 24 hours, hospitals received three bodies and treated 43 wounded.
Raids in the West Bank and restrictions at mosques
In occupied East Jerusalem, the Islamic Waqf Ministry said 110 Israeli settlers entered the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound under heavy police protection. The Waqf said the settlers entered through the Mughrabi Gate, toured the courtyards, and performed provocative rituals in the eastern part of the compound.
Israeli police imposed severe restrictions on Palestinian worshippers, harassing them, preventing some from entering, and confiscating their identification documents at the outer gates.
In Hebron, Israeli forces blocked the call to prayer at the Ibrahimi Mosque for the eighth consecutive day. Munjid al-Ja'bari, the mosque's director, said Israeli forces have blocked the call to prayer every time for the past eight days. He said the restrictions are aimed at tightening Israeli control over the mosque and emptying it of worshippers.
Israeli forces shot a young Palestinian man in the leg with live ammunition during a raid in the Qalandiya camp north of occupied Jerusalem and arrested two other individuals.
In the Bethlehem Governorate, Israeli forces detained two young men after raiding the settlement of Beit Sahour and searching a family home.
In Nablus, Israeli forces arrested 11 Palestinians after breaking into and searching houses in several areas. They also raided the town of Sebastia, northwest of Nablus, where they detained two Palestinians, including journalist Anas al-Hawari, and destroyed a vehicle.
Palestinian groups have warned that Israel is stepping up its attacks on health workers and NGOs. The Palestinian NGO Network has urged international pressure to release detained doctors, including Mazen al-Rantisi, Khaled Ayash and Hussam Abu Safia.
The Committee for the Affairs of Detainees and Former Detainees reported that Palestinian women detained in Damon Prison face harsh conditions and deprivation of their basic rights. They reported that Lina Muhammad Wazwaz, a teacher and mother of four, suffered severe pain from tight handcuffs following her arrest and later suffered facial injuries during a prison beating.
