A hazai cionista szervezetek, m\u00e9diumok \u00e9s publicist\u00e1k megsz\u00f3lal\u00e1sait mindink\u00e1bb egy olyan z\u00e1rt, ideol\u00f3giai keret hat\u00e1rozza meg, amelynek k\u00f6zponti eleme a ny\u00edlt palesztinelleness\u00e9g, a muszlim k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gekkel szembeni iszlamof\u00f3bia, valamint a mindenf\u00e9le \u00e9rdemi k\u00fclpolitikai vagy humanit\u00e1rius kritik\u00e1t megb\u00e9lyegz\u0151 retorika.-Ebben a cikkben ler\u00e1ntjuk a leplet err\u0151l az eg\u00e9sz hazugs\u00e1ggy\u00e1rr\u00f3l,val\u00f3s,hiteles forr\u00e1sokkal al\u00e1t\u00e1masztva!<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2\">Ez a diskurzus nem csup\u00e1n a geopolitikai esem\u00e9nyek egyoldal\u00fa t\u00e1lal\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l, hanem egy olyan tudatos narrat\u00edva\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9sr\u0151l, amely a hazai nyilv\u00e1noss\u00e1gban is normaliz\u00e1lni pr\u00f3b\u00e1lja a kirekeszt\u00e9st, a dokument\u00e1lt t\u00e9nyek elhallgat\u00e1s\u00e1t \u00e9s a kollekt\u00edv megb\u00e9lyegz\u00e9st.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"4\">A palesztinelleness\u00e9g normaliz\u00e1l\u00e1sa \u00e9s a t\u00e9nyek eltagad\u00e1sa<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">A hazai cionista megnyilv\u00e1nul\u00e1sok egyik legszembet\u0171n\u0151bb von\u00e1sa a palesztin n\u00e9p szenved\u00e9seinek szisztematikus elbagatelliz\u00e1l\u00e1sa vagy teljes tagad\u00e1sa. Amikor a g\u00e1zai \u00f6vezetben zajl\u00f3 puszt\u00edt\u00e1sr\u00f3l \u2013 ahol a lak\u00f3\u00e9p\u00fcletek, k\u00f3rh\u00e1zak \u00e9s az alapvet\u0151 infrastrukt\u00fara t\u00f6bb mint 80%-a megsemmis\u00fclt \u2013 vagy a s\u00e1trakban fojtogat\u00f3 h\u0151s\u00e9gben \u00e9s \u00e9h\u00edns\u00e9gben \u00e9l\u0151 civilekr\u0151l esik sz\u00f3, a helyi narrat\u00edva k\u00f6vetkezetesen elutas\u00edtja a humanit\u00e1rius szempontokat.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Ehelyett visszat\u00e9r\u0151 elem a palesztin t\u00e1rsadalom kollekt\u00edv b\u0171n\u00f6ss\u00e9 t\u00e9tele, elhallgatva az ENSZ Humanit\u00e1rius \u00dcgyeket Koordin\u00e1l\u00f3 Hivatala (OCHA) azon adatait, amelyek csak id\u00e9n t\u00f6bb mint ezer telepes-t\u00e1mad\u00e1st \u00e9s 63 er\u0151szakkal kitelep\u00edtett palesztin k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9get dokument\u00e1ltak 2023 okt\u00f3bere \u00f3ta. A militariz\u00e1lt retorika a palesztinokat \u2013 kort\u00f3l \u00e9s nemt\u0151l f\u00fcggetlen\u00fcl \u2013 gyakran eleve potenci\u00e1lis biztons\u00e1gi kock\u00e1zatk\u00e9nt t\u00fcnteti fel, ami a dehumaniz\u00e1ci\u00f3 klasszikus eszk\u00f6ze: ha egy csoportot siker\u00fcl megfosztani az alapvet\u0151 emberi m\u00e9lt\u00f3s\u00e1g\u00e1t\u00f3l, a vel\u00fck szemben elk\u00f6vetett jogs\u00e9rt\u00e9sek is k\u00f6nnyebben igazolhat\u00f3v\u00e1 v\u00e1lnak.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">Az \u201eegyetlen demokr\u00e1cia\u201d m\u00edtosza mint mor\u00e1lis pajzs<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">A hazai cionista \u00e9rdekv\u00e9delem egyik leggyakrabban ism\u00e9telt mantr\u00e1ja, hogy Izrael a \u201eK\u00f6zel-Kelet egyetlen demokr\u00e1ci\u00e1ja\u201d, amit arra haszn\u00e1lnak, hogy mor\u00e1lis v\u00e9d\u0151pajzsot vonjanak a katonai akci\u00f3k k\u00f6r\u00e9, \u00e9s megker\u00fclj\u00e9k a rendszerszint\u0171 vissz\u00e1ss\u00e1gok kritik\u00e1j\u00e1t. Ez az \u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s azonban alapvet\u0151 struktur\u00e1lis t\u00e9ved\u00e9seken alapul:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"9\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">A kett\u0151s m\u00e9rce a megsz\u00e1llt ter\u00fcleteken:<\/b> Egy \u00e1llam demokratikus jellege nem m\u00e9rhet\u0151 kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag a hat\u00e1rein bel\u00fcl \u00e9l\u0151k jogaihoz, mik\u00f6zben milli\u00f3k felett gyakorol k\u00fcls\u0151, katonai \u00e9s korl\u00e1toz\u00f3 uralmat. A megsz\u00e1llt Ciszjord\u00e1ni\u00e1ban \u00e9s a G\u00e1zai \u00f6vezetben \u00e9l\u0151k \u00e9vtizedek \u00f3ta katonai t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyek alatt, demokratikus jogok \u00e9s k\u00e9pviselet n\u00e9lk\u00fcl \u00e9lnek.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Az etnikai kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lagoss\u00e1g:<\/b> Izrael alapvet\u0151 \u00f6nmeghat\u00e1roz\u00e1sa mint \u201ezsid\u00f3 \u00e9s demokratikus \u00e1llam\u201d eleve bels\u0151 ellentmond\u00e1st hordoz. A nem zsid\u00f3 lakoss\u00e1g rendszerszint\u0171 h\u00e1tr\u00e1nyos megk\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6ztet\u00e9ssel szembes\u00fcl a f\u00f6ldhaszn\u00e1lat, a tervez\u00e9si enged\u00e9lyek \u00e9s a jogalkot\u00e1s ter\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"10\">Iszlamof\u00f3bia a civiliz\u00e1ci\u00f3s harc retorik\u00e1ja m\u00f6g\u00f6tt<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">K\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen figyelemre m\u00e9lt\u00f3 az a sz\u00f6vets\u00e9gkeres\u00e9s, amely sor\u00e1n a hazai cionista szerepl\u0151k az iszlamof\u00f3b narrat\u00edv\u00e1kat pr\u00f3b\u00e1lj\u00e1k \u00f6sszemosni a nyugati civiliz\u00e1ci\u00f3 v\u00e9delm\u00e9nek jelszav\u00e1val. A retorika alapt\u00e9tele szerint az \u201eiszl\u00e1m terrorizmus\u201d egzisztenci\u00e1lis fenyeget\u00e9sk\u00e9nt uralja a vil\u00e1got, megteremtve a talajt a muszlim k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gekkel szembeni kollekt\u00edv gyanakv\u00e1shoz.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">Ez a megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9s sz\u00e1nd\u00e9kosan mossa \u00f6ssze a vil\u00e1g m\u00e1sf\u00e9l milli\u00e1rd muszlim h\u00edv\u00e9t a radik\u00e1lis csoportokkal. Ironikus m\u00f3don mik\u00f6zben ezek a hangok magukat a progressz\u00edv \u00e9rt\u00e9kek vagy a nyugati kult\u00fara v\u00e9delmez\u0151ik\u00e9nt pozicion\u00e1lj\u00e1k, a retorik\u00e1juk m\u00e9lyen illeszkedik a sz\u00e9ls\u0151jobboldali, idegengy\u0171l\u00f6l\u0151 panelek sor\u00e1ba, ahol a muszlim k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9geket eleve vesz\u00e9lyforr\u00e1sk\u00e9nt azonos\u00edtj\u00e1k.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"13\">A kett\u0151s m\u00e9rce \u00e9s a nemzetk\u00f6zi jog tagad\u00e1sa<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\">A hazai cionista retorika alapvet\u0151 saj\u00e1toss\u00e1ga a m\u00e9rhetetlen kett\u0151s m\u00e9rce. Amikor az ir\u00e1ni rezsim bels\u0151 elnyom\u00e1s\u00e1t vagy vitatott b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gi elj\u00e1r\u00e1sait kell el\u00edt\u00e9lni, azt hangosan \u00e9s joggal teszik sz\u00f3v\u00e1. \u00c1m ugyanezek a szerepl\u0151k m\u00e9ly hallgat\u00e1sba burkol\u00f3znak, vagy ny\u00edltan relativiz\u00e1lj\u00e1k, amikor hasonl\u00f3 vagy s\u00falyosabb \u00e1llami er\u0151szakot k\u00f6vetnek el az izraeli fegyveres er\u0151k.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15\">Ugyanez a szeml\u00e9letm\u00f3d \u00e9rhet\u0151 tetten a nemzetk\u00f6zi jogi int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyek meg\u00edt\u00e9l\u00e9s\u00e9ben is. Amikor a Nemzetk\u00f6zi B\u00fcntet\u0151b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g (ICC) vagy az ENSZ szervei dokument\u00e1lj\u00e1k a g\u00e1zai jogs\u00e9rt\u00e9seket, a hazai narrat\u00edva azonnal hiteltelen\u00edt\u00e9si kamp\u00e1nyt ind\u00edt, elhallgatva, hogy a hat\u00e1rozatok r\u00e9szletes jogi vizsg\u00e1latok eredm\u00e9nyei a kollekt\u00edv b\u00fcntet\u00e9s \u00e9s a h\u00e1bor\u00fas b\u0171n\u00f6k megakad\u00e1lyoz\u00e1s\u00e1ra.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"16\">Konkl\u00fazi\u00f3<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17\">A hazai cionizmus iszlamof\u00f3b \u00e9s palesztinellenes kirohan\u00e1sai t\u00fall\u00e9pnek a k\u00fclpolitikai vit\u00e1k keretein: m\u00e9rgezik a hazai k\u00f6zbesz\u00e9det, \u00e9s teret engednek a kirekeszt\u00e9snek. Az a t\u00f6rekv\u00e9s, amely a t\u00e9nyeket, a demokratikus norm\u00e1k hi\u00e1nyoss\u00e1gait \u00e9s a nemzetk\u00f6zi jogi jelent\u00e9seket egyszer\u0171en figyelmen k\u00edv\u00fcl hagyja, nem a b\u00e9k\u00e9t vagy a biztons\u00e1got szolg\u00e1lja, hanem a megosztotts\u00e1got \u00e9s a gy\u0171l\u00f6let logik\u00e1j\u00e1t m\u00e9ly\u00edti el a magyar nyilv\u00e1noss\u00e1gban.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"0\">Dokument\u00e1lt t\u00e9nyek, kirekeszt\u0151 jogszab\u00e1lyok \u00e9s forr\u00e1sok az izraeli rendszerszint\u0171 diszkrimin\u00e1ci\u00f3r\u00f3l<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"1\">Az al\u00e1bbiakban hivatalos nemzetk\u00f6zi szervezetek, izraeli \u00e9s nemzetk\u00f6zi emberi jogi szervezetek (B\u2019Tselem, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, ENSZ) dokumentumain alapul\u00f3 konkr\u00e9t sz\u00e1mok, int\u00e9zked\u00e9sek \u00e9s t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyek szerepelnek, amelyek al\u00e1t\u00e1masztj\u00e1k a megsz\u00e1llt ter\u00fcleteken \u00e9s az izraeli jogrendszeren bel\u00fcli rendszerszint\u0171 egyenl\u0151tlens\u00e9geket.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"3\">1. Kimondja, hogy a nemzeti \u00f6nrendelkez\u00e9s joga az orsz\u00e1gban \u201ekiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag a zsid\u00f3 n\u00e9pet illeti meg\u201d.
